By making a booking request, you agree that these terms and conditions have been read, understood, accepted, and agreed upon without reservation and exception:

1. We accept responsibility that our properties Ocean Breeze Apartments, Villa de Lux Ocean View, and Townhouse Park Paraiso (further "properties") are as described on the website www.luxrentenerife.com

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check-in time is 4:00 PM
Check-out time of 11:00 AM
Unless other arrangements have been agreed with the Reservation manager. Early arrival or late departure time is subject to property availability.

3. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
There is a minimum 2-day stay for the Apartment and a minimum 3-day stay for Townhouse and Villa. During peak seasons (Christmas & New Year), the minimum stay is 5 days for the Apartment and 7 days for the Townhouse and Villa.

4. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • A deposit of 50% will be required from you within 24 hours after prior confirmation of the booking request by the Reservation manager and receiving the Invoice for payment via email: luxrentenerife@gmail.com Otherwise, the prior booking confirmation will be canceled.
  • Full payment is due in full not less than 20 days before your expected arrival date otherwise the booking will be cancelled with no deposit refund and we reserve the right to book the property to another guest.
The booking is considered confirmed after the full amount of the booking has been paid.
The acceptable payment method is bank transfer. Payment in Euro.

5. CLEANING
The cleaning fee should be paid not less than 20 days before your expected arrival date.
  • We charge you an additional fee for cleaning per stay and not included in the price: for Apartment 100 EUR, for Villa 130 EUR, for Townhouse 160 EUR.
  • As per your request by emailing luxrentenerife@gmail.com we can provide you with cleaning during the rental period for an extra charge.

6. ALTERATION AND CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST
The alteration or cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received from you on the email luxrentenerife@gmail.com and confirmed by
the Reservation manager.
  • Any alteration to the booking is free of charge.
  • In case of cancellation confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will apply: 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 5 to 19 days before the start of the rental period; 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the start of the rental period or no-show.

7. CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER
If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the booked property, the property owner shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, but not inclusive, if the property is damaged or rendered unusable the property. The Owner will endeavour to locate you to an alternative property for the period required but no guarantee is given that this can be done. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, the property owner will cancel the booking and refund the paid amount for the booking. The property owner shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims.

8. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints that occur during the rental period should be written to the Reservation manager by email: luxrentenerife@gmail.com within 24 hours of the time the issue occurred. The Reservation manager will rectify the situation to the best of professional ability. If no complaint is reported during the rental period, we will assume that the property was to your satisfaction and no complaint will be entertained later.

9. DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of 300 EUR is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your damage deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, on condition there is no damage to property. In case of any property damages, the damage deposit will be refunded on the check-out day, after deducting the cost of replacement or repair of any damage to the property during the rental period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined before your departure, the owner’s representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable amount from your damage deposit and will return the balance to you.

10. VALUABLES
Valuable items such as passports, cell phones, cameras, traveler’s checks, cash, or jewelry should be stored in a safety deposit box provided in the property for free. We are not responsible for any valuables left behind, lost, or damaged.

11. ACCESS
The Property and its facilities are available for your full enjoyment during the duration of booking. However, the owner’s Representative or contractors may need access to the property (e.g. for maintenance of the house or for providing services requested by you). You are required to give them reasonable access to the Property for these purposes.

12. NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of guests (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed:
  • the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation;
  • the number of guests indicated in the booking confirmation.
Exceeding the above mentioned number of guests may allow us an extra charge of 50 EUR per person per night. Payment will be collected by cash on check-in day for all rental terms.

13. Pets are not allowed. There is a 500 EUR fine for pets in the property.
14. Parties/events are not allowed. There is a 1000 EUR fine for parties/events in the property.
15. Smoking is not allowed. There is a 300 EUR fine for smoking in the property.
16. Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
17. In case you lose any kind of key belonging to the property or to the pool there is a 50 EUR fine for ordering a new one.
18. Children of all ages are welcome.
